Are any Canadian dealers carrying these...? Or do they have to be imported privately...? And yes, I've looked before asking...

I'm particularly interested in the bold-text ones... I'm really keen on a short-barrel 930 SPX, regardless of the Blackwater stamp though...

If its semi auto, yes, limited to 5. Pump, doesn't matter.

The problem will be the barrel length. The US have a particular hard-on over exports of NFA items to the civilian market.

Yes, it does. But it's a factory +3 mag-tube extension that can be removed, isn't it...?

The U.S. won't allow 14" to be shipped to Canada (police order exempt) now. There are some 14" around that came in before the change in policy, check the EE, they show up from time to time.
Pick up a 930 in Canada and modify it to suit your needs.

No Blackwater 930 SPX ...? That's what I really want...

Any shotgun with a barrel under 18" will not be granted a US Export license, to a business or an individual. For the 930 SPX, Mossberg will not build them without the mag extension, even for distributors. So an individual in the USA could buy one, remove or pin the mag extension, register it in Canada as a 5 round shotgun and import it legally. It's possible, but not available through Mossberg directly.

Different, but not necessarily easier. I'm not aware of any ways that exporting shotguns from the United States is easier.
