Mossberg 144

I was a member of the Junior Fish & Game club in Salmon Arm in the 50's, and we had an annual "Challenge Trophy" shoot, in which several towns fielded a team of 4 shooters. The targets were shot indoors, at 25 yards, and no optics allowed, of course. I remember Enderby's team coming in one year with two guys and two girls, shooting a peep sighted Mossberg 144LSb, and thoroughly trouncing all the other teams. I think we were more humiliated by those great shooting girls than anything else. My respect for Mossbergs went up a lot after seeing how that one shot. Regards, Eagleye.
