Mossberg 151k Range Report

Hi everyone,

After taking my Mossy 151k to the range on sunday I have become a loyal fan of the gun, so much so that I'm ready to sell my Cooey 64, and shoot nothing but Mossbergs from now on!

All I want to say is this is an amazing gun, easy to clean, fun to shoot, and accurage as hell, and unlike a certain cooey it isn't picky about ammo!!!

I have to agree with you. I just shot my 151M, 151M (a) and 152K on Sunday. Just waiting for my Mossy 51 to turn up. Absolutely marvelous to shoot. Accurate at 100 yards and no stumbling when faced with 3 different ammo styles.

my 64s are going on the block soon. great little guns but had my fun with them so onto the Mossys.

Those Mossbergs of past vintage are one of the best-kept secrets out there!! I have long enjoyed shooting and owning a bunch of these, simply because they were available at decent prices, but perform well above their apparent status. I own about 15 of them, and add on an ongoing basis. Regards, Eagleye.

Grouseman.....if you belong to a local gun club ( Selkirk G.& F) you will probably see the mossys mentioned. I really enjoy shooting them. Usually my Winnies take precident, but lately the mossys took over.
