Mossberg 151m price check

Hi guys, I found a Mossberg 151m on firearmscanada. It includes original peep sights, Weaver scope, and sling. The seller is asking $300. I think that's a bit much. I don't think I want to pay more than $200, but I don't want to insult the guy either. Any help?

It's a 51Ma, not a 151M. A lot harder to find. I have a number of vintage Mossbergs. Being a complete gun and with a scope, sling and peep sight, his asking price is reasonable. A lot may disagree but these old Mossbergs are climbing in price. He could get at least $200.00 for the sights and scope alone on ebay. Whether you can get a better deal who knows but he is in the ballpark. If I didn't already have one I would have bought it.
If it was me selling, I would not accept your $200.00 offer.

I have a 51M, I'd sell for $200, no scope with mine. I never even shot it, I bought it and its been in the safe since. They are great gun, no arguments there.

Yes, there was the 151 series. They are later production with a few minor changes.
