I wouldn't call myself a Mossberg collector but I'm interested in vintage .22's.

The Mossberg section of RimfireCentral is very active.

I have quite a few Mossberg 22 Rimfires. While I don't actually consider myself a "Collector", I guess what I have could be called a collection. I am adding to it as we speak. Why do you ask? Are you also a collector, or have you some interesting pieces for sale. Regards, Eagleye.

I am not a hard core collector, but I have a few Mossbergs. I was just wondering because there is nobody in my area that have an interest in those rifles.

I have two, and they are a lot of rifle for the money. For whatever reason, they get little respect for those who don't own them. BUT they are well made, and can be very accurate shooters. It seems like there are 1,000 different models.

As a rule of thumb, if you find one in decent shape, it'll likely be cheap but a good shooter.

That is so true,

Nobody is paying much attention to them, they are very good shooters. I guess that is good for the fans, it keeps the price down.
