Hey all.
Just picked up a Mossberg 35B from the local gun shop.
In great shape, with Mossberg peep sights.......
But.......
The kids would like to try it with a scope.
Can't find much at all online regarding this model, let alone some kind of scope base.
Don't want to drill and tap as it looks pretty original.
Any ideas our there?...

Honestly these old mossbergs are way more fun shooting with irons and peeps than with an optic.I have 2 a 146ba and a 42b.The 146ba has a dovetail and I have used a scope but an back on irons.The 42B has the rear peeps and are amazingly accurate.I think you can side mount a scope as my 42B has holes drilled and tapped on the LH side .
 
I have one on a model 45B . They don't seem to show up at the gun shows too often. I have only seen maybe 2 others in the last 3 years of shows I have attended.
