Mossberg 395K Bolt Action ??

Just picked up one of these old Shotguns, kind of neat actually.. I never fired a bolt action shotgun chambered in 3" magnum before. How many of you have one of these? Know much about them? Since these are bolt action should headspace be checked before firing since it's sat for awhile?

I've had one for about 25 yearsand only fired it about a dozen times. I keep it because of the C-lect choke and the sights. I think it will make a top notch turkey gun this spring.

My first shotguns was a 397K. Many rabbits dead... pretty useful to shot 3 rabbits in a row when your friend with a 1shot just had one.

I like the look too, scary and... unusual
