mossberg 400g

hi all, i was just given a model 400g 12 gauge pump 30" barrel fixed full choke a beautiful gun thats be used very little, i am wanting to know if there are barrels available that could make this gun useable with modern shot?

Any new Mossberg 500 series barrel is safe with all loads. Be sure to only fire respective length cartridges in barrels marked to do so. DO NOT fire steel in any full or xtra full chokes ie turkey etc.

500 /maverick any mossberg pump is interchangeable.

400g is a renamed 500. Any 500 parts will fit it
