The plunger was missing the point, and the spring was def worn. That took the longest to install.

Everything is working as it should. Bolt doesn't come out ( unless I hold the trigger ), safety flicks over. Its just a bit harder to pull the bolt up, but that might work it self out. Just my ball knob came off.

Great to hear you got it working properly. How's the trigger pull now ? Should be able to get it down to 3 lbs easy enough.

Just working on that now.

Had the bolt handle ball come off.

I would put the ball back on with a bit of JB Weld or epoxy. Wash both parts with lacquer thinner and the use a Q tip to rub the epoxy on the inside of the ball and on the shaft before putting a small blob inside. It will give you a better bond.
