Mossberg 464SPX Tactical Lever Actions have arrived!!

Wow:sok2 I thought this was some sort of elaborate joke. Seems I was at least partially wrongf:P: Looks like fun; though it seems necessary to post the original.

My Grandfather's 1952, Model 94 in 30-30. It's mine now and I did a little work on it. Loves the Leverevolution!

Is it just me, but i cant see any tactical application for this caliber! .30-30 is kinda useless at any range + not so accurate. a big fail from Mossberg
 
While I appreciate any manufacturer willing to try something new and weird, this isn't for me. With a few modifications, I'd be a lot more interested (the stock is hideous and the rail on the bottom looks super inconvenient), though probably still not enough to buy.
