Mossberg 4x4 270 - Worth it?

Interesting. I just got home with the rifle and a Redfield 3x9 x 40. Looks like I slightly overpaid for the scope, but I got caught up in the moment. I'm sure it'll serve me well.

If I can't hit anything, I'll have the scope to blame!!

Just got an email, 15% off scopes and accessories and a $75 gift card for buying a $600 rifle at SAIL.... starting tomorrow lol.
The Redfield is a good scope, especially the US made ones.
