Mossberg 500 accessories

Hey guys
i just got a mossberg 500 model 88, short barrel from wholesale sports here in edmonton (great service by the way) and im looking to make it one bad ass shotgun.

What kind of accessories are there? Is a mag extension available?
folding stock, tactical light, etc.

I personally like the Speedfeed III stocks. Solid pistol grip, I had a collapsible once and hated it.

That's all I did to my Mossberg 500 persuader and it's really functional for me.

To get a mag extension, you require another barrel along with the a new mag. An expensive proposition.

I thought about doing a magazine extension to my 500, but when I looked into it, I couldnt find anything.

I've only seen the Butler Creek stock. Didnt like it.

To complicate matters, I bought the Marine-coat model. Anything I add that's not the same color will look odd...with the exception of items that are anodized black.

I'll probably end up getting the 590 for the extra magazine capacity, and to have the collection of Marine Mossbergs.

There are also ATI style stocks that are good as well.

a little cheaper. Sidesaddles are available too... worth the money IMHO

im going to opt for the Knoxx SpecOps Stock if i can get it, but im worried about how long it will last

I contacted Mesa Tactical last week and they said that they may be getting a new distributor in Canada ... this makes sense cause we cant get their product at all and its for a SHOTGUN !!!!!

They mentioned that they have a distributor deal with a Canadian company but to date have no real market here.

I was surprised that they could ship to any other NATO country except CANADA. I hope they become available in country soon.

I know that their adaptor would be popular here at $150 CAD, using standard AR15 stocks and grips. Unless the Canadian BROBEE type adapters get off the ground !!!!

well i think a mesa is too nice to put on my maverick anyways, so i got the one from ato

so by the time we can get the mesa stock, ill be ready for a remington tactical!
