mossberg 535 shotgun 3 1/2 issues

I have a new mossberg 535 and it wouldn't eject 3.5" fired shells, they come out of chamber but would not eject from gun. is it the shooter or the gun?:)
 
I had one for years and it never gave me any problems ,you got to pump it like you stole it ,,I would stick to 3 inch anyway as the only thing you gain in recoil with the 3,5 inch ,three inch has the same weight of shot ,,Dutch
 
Are they winchester? My maverick does this with the cheap bulk 3" winchester steel shot, but other brands or 2-3/4" all eject fine.
 
well now you know what not to buy ,,every gun is a little different and as you shot yours you will find what it likes and what is doesnot like ,,that's the joys off shooting ..Dutch

should I go and try different shells until I find one that my mossberg will like? is there another way to know, except selling it and buy a better brand?

Try different shells. Buy a couple small boxes until you find out what your gun likes. And there's a reason mossberg are so popular. Best bang for your buck(pun intended)
