Mossberg 590 14" barrel kit

So I bought a 500/590 14" kit from a sponsor back in August, I did quick check to make sure it was the heavy A1 barrel. Well today I go to install it and I checked the rest of the package there is a barrel and two forearms, no mag tube, spring or cap. The spring and cap should be easy enough to get, I don't know about the mag tube.
If the don't get help from the seller or Mossberg can I get the missing parts easy or should I get a new kit and sell what I got a EE? The one I was going to install the kit on is 20" barrel 9 shot 590A1 and I have a 6 shot 590A1 in the mail if I do some swapping would the mag tube of the 18" barrel 6 shot fit a 14" barrel or will the tube extend out to far still?
 
The standard kit should include the:

-14" heavy barrel
-shorter mag tube
-spring
-spring retainer
-mag tube cap
-action slide assembly, forearm, and forearm nut...together making up the completed sliding assembly

The longer mag tube will not work with the 14" barrel, which makes the kit a paperweight without the shorter mag tube. I'd talk to the sponsor and see if they can clear things up!
If you don't mind, can you PM me the name of the sponsor who sold you the kit?

So is there anywhere to get the missing parts, before I buy another kit? The seller has not got back to me yet and I figure they won't be able/willing to help me out since is has been 75 days and their website states 30 days. SFRC has the kits in stock and for the best price I could find online.
 
I know you messaged them but why not call the vendor you purchased it from and ask them to make things right. Why would you want to go to additional expense because you were short shipped? I don't understand why you're not doing so.
 
Don't email, pick up the phone and talk to someone there. You have gone past 30 days, but those guys are great to deal with...at least see what they can do for you first.

That is good! Last time I checked they were still $379, so even with the 15%, Wanstalls was better with $10 shipping. Probably just as well that I missed that! Too many temptations lately
