I just picked up my first 590 and this thing is awesome. Only concern is the slop on the foreground assembly. It looks like the rails have a loose fit and the fore grip tube bore is a little on the big size.

I'm curious of any fixes or aftermarket parts that can cut down the slop in the fore grip?

Cheers

Not 100% sure if this will fit a 590 or not I put one on my 500 and it tightened everything up very nicely

They are all like that, with a little rotational slop, no biggie at all.

Yeah I've read that they are all like that for the purpose of it not jamming when debris get on there. I'm just curious if they are fixes.

Does anyone know if 500/maverick fore end will fit on a 590 because I'd like to try out the promag one.

Also how much tighter is the promag fore end?

Oh sweet did that tighten things up? Is that the one peice fore arm and assembly?

[@QUOTE=hexbasher;9235666]i put the whole maverick 88 forend/tube assembly on my 590a1...i hate the fab defense one mine came with[/QUOTE]
