Mossberg 590a1 receiver finish

How can do a Mossber receiver to match the A1 parkerized finish?

Is the reasoning functional or cosmetic? Both the parkerizing and flat bluing on the receiver both scratch very easy... just wondering why you want it. Why not cerakote the whole thing if you want everything to match...

Anodized or Cerakote , an aluminum receiver cannot be parkerized.

Mossberg went with a aluminium receiver vs a steel to save on weight. As mentioned above you can't parkerize a aluminium receiver. Your only options are Armacoat, Duracoat and Cerakote. Check out Tactical Ordnance's face book page for pictures of examples of Casey's Cerakote work.

For a 14" 400G build I would like to do. Lakefield have made in Canada on them. Only reason.

Anodized. You cannot parkerize or blue aluminum. VHT ceramic header paint isn't a bad match for parkerizing and is pretty tough when cured properly.
