mossberg 702 for rabbit hunting?

Title pretty much says it all.

Right now I do have a remington 597 that I am happy with but I am not against getting another (or 50) .22.

Or are there any better rifles for it.

My priories are

easy to disassemble

702 will kill rabbits just as well as any other .22lr

Not particularly fun to disassemble though. Think about getting a bolt action for hunting and easier disassembly.

The Marlin 795 is a lot better rifle in my opinion. I have had one of each and still have the 795.

Old school, take a Cooey any model and have a great day. If the .22 doesn't do you justice, take a Marlin 25mn for the Jacks.
