Mossberg 715 in the gun ban ?

The stampings are on the plastic shell, not the metal, that's why I'm thinking why not drop the guts into a 702 stock and save the poor thing?

Hey all just wondering if anybody could clear this up for me . In the new gun ban it says the mossberg 715 t tactical is banned . But the one I have just says 715t and looks nothing of the “ar” styling that the 715 t does when I google it . Looks more similar to the 702 plinkster . Is the 715 I have still fall under the ban and I can’t sell it or is it only the tactical looking one . Thanks
So I had a bit of an incident with the law. (Of which I was found innocent of). But for a good amount of time my firearms were removed from my possession. One of which was the mossberg plinkster 715 tactical (looks like an AR). I was recently given back all my firearms by the rcmp, (I am a good boy) lol. There was no need to file for a ATT. The police said nothing to me or gave me any grief about this rifle. Im not sure myself on the laws on this specific rifle, however the police had no problem with me owning it (with 25 round magazines) and let me walk out of the cop shop with it. I would suggest just keeping it in the gun safe for now until grey areas are made clearer. However I literally just got mine back from the police with no issues. I doubt this helps anyone but that is just what I experienced. Stay safe out there.
