Mossberg 715 tactical .22 help!

May be a noob mistake on your part but if your going to make a statement like that you should really post the proof

There is infact a letter saying that Jan 14th these mags are prohibited.
However it is the 14th today and there isn't any info on the topic on the rcmp website like there was in sept with the change to the BX-25 mags.

I just did..... man this sucks. I sent a copy of the letter posted to mossberg as well as posted the info on the mossberg owners forum so hopefully other Canadian 715T owners will do the same.

There has been no announcement by the RCMP regarding this magazine being prohibited. January 14th is the US release date for this pistol. To my knowledge, it doesn't even have an FRT# yet. Until I see a bulletin from the RCMP on the subject, it's business as usual for me.

I just bought a 715 from al flahertys in Toronto and they informed me they couldn't ship it until the new 10 rd mags come in as the 25 round mags are now prohibited in Canada because of the new pistol that Mossberg is making in the 715 tactical family

Wrong, since there is a pistol that takes the same mags, all rifle mags will have to be pinned. However until there is an update on the rcmp website, business as normal.
I know this because I have three bx25x2 mags being held by customs and have been told they are prohibited. However the ruger website and packaging says only for the rifle. I'm now on my second appeal letter.

Cancel the Mossberg, and get a 10/22 or a 597, and then when funds allow, and Archangel 556 stock from HiCal.

F-Mossberg, and F-these stupid "camo" Duck Commander pistols - which are nothing more than a sawed off 715t, and they look, and ARE, functionally ridiculous.
