Hi I was wondering if anyone knew what type of buffer tube is on the Mossberg 715t .22, commercial or mil-spec? And can I replace the pistol grip with a magpul grip?

Thanks, Merry christmas

For the grip it's part of the plastic shell, so no you can't swap it, only add a wrap grip. For the tube, I don't think it's swappable without breaking it, however on that I could be wrong.
It's an awesome shooting gun, just really really is a pain to strip down. Screws and plastic :(

Save your money on this junky thing and get an sr22 or at least a 10/22 or remington 597 and add the archangel 556 stock, waaaaaay more solid than the mossberg junk. The mossberg might shoot well, but damn, so does a red Ryder BB gun for 50$.......or a sling shot.........or an airsofft from princess auto. You get my point.

Get use to it there are soo many troll 715t haters out there.
I hope you find whats up with your mossy. Both of mine worked great and shot better than my stock 10/22.
I just hate the takedown/ cleaning on the gun!

Love my 715t let me know if you are able to swap the stock. I couldnt for the life of me get mine off!

Some people can't just keep comments to them selfs, not just this post, many others. They want to jump down your throat. Can't have a good civilized conversion and share experiences and knowledge. Wow!

On the take down cleaning, my main spring has a slight bend in it trying to get it back together. Many stove pipes, it's finding the happy medium in what ammo it will like and dislike. Minimags not bad, Federial it hates, I want to try out Stingers.

I love mine. No problems. I shoot CCI Tactical. I don't see how you can make a legit comment or review on a gun you don't own.

Main reason I bought it was because I wanted a rifle I could use at my indoor range. This, however, is my first line of defence.

No stovepipes and self cleaning. LOL.
