For anyone who is interested (and more because I had NO luck finding an answer to this question when I needed it) the Weaver one piece scope mount base/rail 417M does indeed fit on the 930 (despite the fact that the package indicates otherwise).
The only issue I ran into while installing mine was that the 2 front holes in the receiver are shallower than the rear ones. As a result the screws that come with the base are too long.
To overcome this I used a flat mill file on them to bring them down to about 5 threads each, a drop of loctite and you're in business.
