I think it is clear that this is in the infancy stages. The Distributor is working towards this, but the guns still need to be made, approved through normal channels, shipped, received and distributed to dealers. The timeline of later this year seems aggressive, so at this point in time it is either sit back and wait or pursue other options.

Just buy a 930 hs/field combo, their only $500(which is a amazing deal imo) or so sell the 28" barrel if you don't want it for 200$, then pick up some stuff off bbs and your all set for fairly cheap.

Where did you pick that up? I looked at importing an SPX from the US but after all the fees and stuff it was going to be about $900, too much for me.

Yes, it would be prohibited unless the mag extension is pinned to 5 rounds. That is why Mossberg won't ship them north in their current (correct) configuration.

A centerfire semi with an 8 round mag is prohibited (aside from the Garand), regardless of how it got here. The ones that did come in must have had the mag pinned to be legal.

im out too.. just built up an SPX.. Milarm in Edmonton have the 85336 with breacher for $560 add a Picitinny rail, Vortex Sparc and Pistol grip, DONE!
