New Mossberg is giving me problems with feeding....
Thought I was the only guy in Canada to have this problem until a new guy joined us for a goose hunt and experienced the exact same issue with his 930.
Have taken the gun apart and cleaned off all the packing grease and crud, lightly lubed and assembled. Took it to the range and fired 100 rounds with only 1 FTE.
At the goose blind, first shot fires and ejects, second shell not only does not feed but exits the mag and gets dropped to the ground....
Looks like the elevator does not complete the full up-down cycle. Does not lift the 2nd shell into battery but does release the shell catch resulting in the 2nd and 3rd shell dropping out of the magazine and on the ground.
If anyone has had a similar problem I'd appreciate some help. It's my first semi and frankly I regret switching from my trusty BPS.
