Hi Gang,

They coste me me over 1000$.

The shootgun is new nerver fire.

I go to the range today, i loade the gun whit THE CHEAP AMMO CANADIAN TIRE WINCHESTER AND I DONT WANT DO THE CYCLE ALWAYS JAM :(:(:(

I TRY OTHER CHEAP AMMO AND I DO THE SAME,,, ALWAYS JAM :(:(:(

I AM VERY VERY DESAPOINTED I DONT WANT SHOT ONLY EXPENSIVE AMMO

White the heavy load AMMO no problem shootgun run flawless!!!!!

Any good suggestion to fix the trouble are very welcome an appreciated.

Vincent

It may need some breaking in, fire a few hundred rnds of the ammo it likes, clean it up good and then try the cheep stuff again.

I was going to buy the same gun, I had read good reviews on it. If it still wont cycle all types of ammo after an initial break in period then I would start looking for some solutions from your dealer and or warranty rep.

A broken parts

OK ,gang juste finish to strip the shootgun i do a big check up and i found a broken parts (the foream retainer is dead)

I put a picture to see the broken parts

I contact frontier fire amre tommorw to check is cover by the warranty.

Ii don know if this partrs they cause this trouble
,,,, probably .

It might be adding to your cycling problem with light loads.

The two action bars ride along the two groves at the top the retainer, and with the split, it might have shifted up more creating more drag on the bars.

Cheep win "X" loads never worked well in mine. I use AA heavy target loads, and reload the hulls with Lee 1oz slugs. Pink wads, and 32gn of HS6.

How does the ammo carrier attach?

If it uses bolts through the receiver they may be too tight causing the cycling to slow down.

Try shooting it without the side saddle.

I have a 930 and after purchasing just gave it a good clean, and a wipe with a thin coat of oil and she has run non stop no problems, dirty, or clean, no issues with that cheap Canadian tire 100 packs.

Did you clean it first?

There is a coat of grease on all the parts that needs to be cleaned off, and the manual says to apply a thin coat of oil for best functioning.

Run atleast 10 rounds of full power 3" magnum slugs.

That should do it.

When I got mine, it would stovepipe the lighter trap loads. I rant 10 rounds of full power slugs and never had a problem since.

930's seem to be strange that way, some require break in, some don't.

Report back when you have everything put together again, it'd be nice to see if you were able to resolve the issue.

As stated above keep it simple
We have in stock masa tactical side saddles and sj hardware units.
Mesa had issues with the 930 units but I'm told its all fixed now

Were you limp wristing the shotgun...lol! I quess I should've read this thread before buying the 930 from you. I'm not worried. I had one before and it functioned well even with the cheap stuff. Autoloaders need a firm grip and A good cleaning. I should have it in a few days. Did you get the cracked retainer fixed? The 930 is a great shotgun.
