Hi folks, any plans to bring in the Mossberg 940 Tactical?

I wonder how the price will be. In the US it seems similarly priced to the Berettas 1301, if it's gonna be roughly the same price up here I'd honestly just rather have the more proven shotgun, that said everything I'm hearing about the 940 is pretty good.

according to the FRTs on Armalytics, there has been ZERO 940 tactical imported into Canada.

The tactical has an optic cut right in the receiver. Ultra low mounting for a red dot. I tried to get my hands on one in NY State but the tactical version is not legal in NY....ugh. But looking deeper, the turkey pro also has the optic cut. Which IS in Canada. I have the 940JM Pro version that I would like to cut the receiver for the optic. Just need to pattern the cut on the tactical or pro turkey version. If anyone has the pro turkey, I'd love to pattern it. (and mossberg wont give out the info, and they will void warranty if I cut, which I am not concerned about a 1yr warranty)

If you look at the pictures it looks like he's shooting to the right in general. His slug group isn't quite centered either. Its probably his shooting or his zero.

As nice as this seems to be - If I could just get my hands on an 18.5 barrel for the 930 that would be good enough.. for the amount I use this one.

I like my 930 SPX Tactical a lot. Solid Scatter gun for sure. What I don't like is the lack of aftermarket support. No one makes an Mlok forend or an adapeter for the Magpul SGA stock. Maybe with the release of this gun that will change.
