Some's love's 'em but it seems some's others have distain for 'em...

Seem like a good econo rifle set-up... not for gun snobs, but probably a god utilitarian rifle for the money...

I love mine. I'm one those ones I guess. Mines 30-06. I can shoot inside an inch or real close to it. And I suck...You get what you see with the ATR. Action feels crappy at first but loosens up pretty nicely. I have fired about 300 rounds down range and am very happy with it.

I had one in 30-06, my biggest complaint was the creepy trigger. Other than that its just fine for a second rifle, it was accurate and reliable. Its the kind of rifle that you don't mind loaning out at 289.00 from SIR.
