Mossberg ATR

[Mr. Finicky Timbers]

I'm looking for one of these rifles as a "beat around the bush" gun in .308 or .30-06. I've checked a few places but nobody seems to have any in stock. Does anybody know of a gunshop that has them instock and will do mail order? Or would I just be best to sign myself up on the back order list.

They only carry the Night Train, and I really don't what the bipod and scope it comes with, and they're out of stock.

They've got the Howa lightning in .30-06 for $419, a better buy than the Mossberg...

We've got five coming in a couple of weeks, however, they have the 3-9X Simmons already mounted and boresighted. (.243, .270, .30/06) I haven't done a pricing on them yet but it will likely be around $449. We could get you one without the scope but it would be a month or so on back order.

I like the looks of the 4x4 with the Skeleton stock more then the ATR and considering your planned use, it seems to fit. just remove what you don't like or want and put em up for sale in the EE! that's in reference to what's available at Frontier.
