No, they are junk, IMHO. Had two come to the shop brand new with the bolt stops broken. Do a google and see the problems they've had with them.
Stevens 200 is a proven rifle. Well built and accurate. However, get a Marlin XL7 if you can find one; will shoot as well as the 200 but looks and feels a whole lot better. :)
 
Sadly Mossberg is following the Remington trend and dropping the ball on quality control with their rifles these days.

Mossberg is certainly not the same company it was in the 50's. :(
