It's an AR so it will be restricted no matter who scratches their name on it. I doubt that Mossberg is actually making them too.

I don't see it as someone else trying to make it work, rather someone else trying to get in on the action.

Everyone makes one because the patent has expired and they are popular.
I would be interested to see a review vs the Remington R-15. They look good on the website. At least the give a choice of a hunting or tactical model.
