Hi guys,

Today I picked up this rifle because I like Cadet trainers and although I was not familiar with this model, I thought it looked interesting and might be some sort of a trainer. I googled it when I got home and turns out I might be right but the info is scarce and sketchy. Can any one here give me a little bit of background on this one?

Thanks for any input.

This is my understanding of these rifles. I have 2 of them and missed a 3rd by 15 minutes. Not sure that they were ever used as training rifles. More as a way to use up leftover parts.
These rifles were made up from leftover parts from a couple of different rifles. They were a non catalogued rifle as well. Less than 1000 made. I have attached a couple of pictures from a dealer's parts catalogue. Proper sights are listed.
