Hey guys any of you have had any experience with this little thing in 5.56/223??

Ive put about 100 rounds thro mine so far just at the range. A blast to shoot and cheap to feed. The bolt gets a little sticky to feed a round now and then but thats because the mags sit in the magwell loose. Anytime it happens i just nudge the back of the mag and it feeds fine. Only ever shot out to 100 yards so far but thus far deadly accurate. Going out to 200 yards maybe more this boxing day so we will see what groupings i get

This gun is my next purchase in the new year. I have watched countless reviews on you tube and for the price the out of box accuracy is quite impressive. Lots of hate for mossberg rifles but I don't think this one will disappoint.

Nope i dont regret it one bit! It gets alot of attention at the range. "Bolt action that takes ar mags what?!?!?"

so, with the law stating there is no mag limit on bolt actions... can you take the pin out of the AR mag?

I have one. It's a neat little rifle. Accuracy wasn't bad with factory rounds. I've been reloading a lot of .223 in the hopes of going out to the range during the holidays, if the weather cooperates.

The stock on it is not bad. It's even somewhat ambidextrous for us lefties. I have two minor complaints, the bolt has some slop when its to the rear. Doesn't seam to affect anything. And the edges of the flutes on the bolt are sharp. Like I said minor issues.

The MVP is a very well behave rifle for the price, had a chance to zero one and i was plesantly surprised by the accuracy with factory ammo (sub MOA) and the trigger is very good, would pick this one before a Rem for the price... JP.
