mossberg night train 2 has anyone shot any of these?

I know the search function sucks, but try it anyway. 
The short version is, you shouldn't touch this with a barge pole. It's an overpriced, tarted up rifle that doesn't perform it's task all that well. That and the tendency for the bolt pieces to part company with one another.
Save your money a bit longer and watch the EE, something will come up that will do you far longer and far happier.

Get a savage, or stevens. I got a savage 11fcxp with a bushnell scope for $450, and really like it. It shoots better than I can thats for sure.

I petition that we create a sticky asking people that want to talk about NightTrain, Leepers, Norinco and Mini14's to do so elsewhere.
No offence to op, I realize that Mosseberg is promoting the trainwreck as a traget rifle, but it is in fact junk.

I agree except that Norinco's are far from junk. I have had a 1911 now for a year with a couple thousand rounds through it without a single issue. Others will agree.

Norinco does not have a precision rifle and therefore does not belong in the precision rifle forum. That is all I am saying.
Sure, Norinco makes a reliable gun...sometimes.
Lets just say that I always wear safety glasses when I shoot Norincos now. I usually do anyways. Good thing too, or I would have a hard time typing this after my last experience shooting a Norinco.
