Anyone at SHOT, when you get to the Mossberg booth... for me.. please. > 
After reading all the posts in this thread and cleaning the coffee I spit all over my computer screen ( some of this S**T is hilarious) I can honestly say that I have never seen fellow CGNers more united in their total condemnation of anything except for the long gun registry.

Actually, I'm going to have to buy several of these beauties. I have tomato plants here in summer. 
I certainly wouldn't want one ... not sure I could take that many people laughin at me ...
However, I do see a use for it. Somewhere, someone wants some bizarre tacti-cool retro rifle to film a home version of Firefly ... this would be the gun for it.
Sadly though, i think it might ruin their efforts since Firefly was a good show.

Y'know...a scarey thought just occurred (while wiping the tears of laughter) to me. Hornady makes Zombie ammo. I can buy a zombie knife, machete and apocalypse rifles.
Now this. Attach a light and a few other gizmos...and even the zombies would be wary.
Do they know something the rest of us should be aware of, or have the gamers whom have fleeting escapes from reality, growing up and taking over the world?

After seeing it I am no longer a fan. I certainly believe that the lever action is a decent platform to adopt to modern tacticool sensibilities but I certainly would not have gone this way.

I just checked for sh!ts and giggles....Hornady has 30-30 in their Zombie max ammo. Its a match made in heaven
