Just bought the tactical .22 and it stovepipes every 6 ish shots, has anyone run into this I've tried lots of different ammo. I have heard people having no probs and people having the same probs and they said just shoot it untill it breaks in. Has anyone had or resolved this issue or is it a lost cause?

There are half a dozen threads on this issue on this forum alone.
I'd suggest using the search function rather than starting another rehash of the problem.
In short...yes, the problems usually go away with ammo choice and break in. Some issues with the mags that easily rectified.
I've got thousands of trouble free rounds through mine...but the first couple hundred were a PITA.

Have you stripped it and cleaned out the grease from the behind the bolt the main spring comes covered in it from factory this not a fun job and can be a little difficult to put back together or take it out of the stock drop the trigger group and use a spray cleaner to wash the grease out then it should run better.

My sons Mossberg 715 is very picky about the ammo it shoots. It likes Winchester Wildcats the best. They are the most reliable for his gun.
