Anyone know how to remove the muzzle brake on the flat top model , i tried a wrench seems to be on really tight
a lot of lead build up inside the muzzle break and i'd ike to clean it out

all help is welcome

Try heating it up first, and wrap a towel around it, and the torque it with a wrench

I heard they were/are wielded on. Something about having a threaded barrel was an issue exporting them.
Never tried to take mine off, just used bore bright and a quetip.

There are no issues with imported threaded barrels, cuz the just right carbines now com threaded as well

Like I said, there was an export issue when the t715 was first exported. I was one of the lucky that got one in the first batch. This was well over 3 years ago. Long before the JRC showed up.

In a previous thread, it was mentioned that if there is a crush washer, then the muzzle break is threaded on, if there isn't a crush washer then it is permeatly attached. Mine has the crush washer.

On a side note, I don't understand how the threaded barrel would affect the export. Lots a guns in Canada have a threaded barrel. My gsg 1911 has one.

But your GSG is just a handgun, not an evil "assault weapon" looking piece of plastic that seems to terrify the poor popo. They need special stupid rules for them made up to protect the population.
