Anyone have one? How do they like it?:sniper:

I just bought 3 last friday from P & D Enterprises...pick them up tomorrow (2 for my bro-in-law for his 2 boys for Xmas) and I decided to get one for me!:Dw:h:

Initial plan for my bro-in-law was 2 bolt action camo Savages in .22 for chicken hunting and plinking for his boys. After I showed him a pic of the Mossberg Tactical...he said his boys would go nuts..kids are into this with the paintballing. Too boot, the Mossbergs are NR.;)

I plan on getting a Tactical 3-9x42 scope with a Holo sight attached. Got to PIMP IT UP a bit. Cant wait till next year's Moose Camp and take this for chicken hunting....my buddies will freak out initially R:d:

My nephews are just getting a 3-9x33 scope from Tasco with the Boresnake included mounted. We thought about a RedDot for more COOLNESS factor, but the 3-9 scope will be for accurate. If the boys want something else, they will have to use their own $$$ their dad said later.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but there are a ton of threads on the mossy already, every possible question has been answered. Run a quick search, I beleive you will find that in general, people who have them are very happy with them/ Good luck!
 
I have the handle version. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put good ammo thought it first! And clean it before you shoot. I did this with mine and I have had no trouble. I haven't had any issues with it!
I haven't taking it apart, just used a snake to clean it so far and I've put over 2500 rounds though it.
I would suggest a red dot scope rather than a veri scope. I have had both a 3x9 and a 2.5x10 as well as a Lucid HD7 red dot. I love all three but for tactical shooting say 50yds and under, the red dot is KING!!!! For target shooting over 50yds I would used a veri power scope.
If you don't like the mossbergs please tell me, I'll buy one off ya!!!!

Well , you certainly made Santa Clause of the year :D

You fellas are gonna have a total blast with Mossy Tact !
These rifles will shoot with surprizing accuracy with the scope.
( Make that Santa Claus of the year X2! award )

I'm useing a red dot for bunnies.
Thing with red dots is some of the dots are rather big , where a smaller dot will hone in on the target better.
Be prepared to do alot of pluckin' ;)
 
bought mine basically for the gf to shoot cause it was nice and light and looked cool which was all that mattered to her lol. since i have really enjoyed it for plinking, very acurate. im using a 3x magnified ret dot and liking it alot
