I'm been trying to get hold of them to order the new model charging handle and firing pin but no luck ,and they don't return emails anyone have luck ordering parts from them ?

Last time i emailed them with a question I got a reply saying that regular cust. service was not able to assist and the department that could was out on vacation.
haven't gotten a reply yet.

I tried calling them once too for a simple info on one of their guns. CS rep was not knowledgeable, reacted as if I was asking a useless question (it was not, I needed specs on the threading of a gun I wanted to order), and I was never ever called back. I really wasn't impressed.

Exactly.
Reg customer service rep told me he wasn't able to help. It was a question he needed to direct to the "engineering" dept and that they were all on vacation at the moment!
