Most accurate and reliable .22 pistol

Beretta Neos has not been mentioned yet, so thats my contribution. I used to own S&W 22A and Ruger Mark III Target, and now own a Neos and Buckmark UDX. I use the Neos more than the others and its a breeze to takedown and clean.

Yes I've found Mark III everywhere, but Mk I and II's are very hard to come by.

That's because the Mk I and II were replaced by the Mk III. To find a Mk I or II you need to be patient and find them used in stores that take in used or consignment guns or through the EE here at CGN.

I am a big fan of Ruger's 22/45 line. I've owned several and currently have a MKIII "Hunter" (4.5" barrel) which I love.

They now come with removable and replaceable grips.

Used drulov from tradex.. The bolt action ones punch the bullseye out to 35m with me behind it I'm sure it'll go farther but I sure cant

start with a ruger , best bang for the buck , & as accurate as the $1500 +++ ones , IF you get hooked on bullseye , you'll want to move up . by that time you should have seen or played with everybody's high end stuff & you can make an informed decision , to get a walther gsp or s&w 41 .

Might want to check with your club... and find out which rules they use for their 22 league.
- NRA rules,
- ISSF rules

You might also want to check with you club's executives... if they have been running their league for a while, there are bound to be a bunch of 'old' shooters that might be willing to part with their handguns...

Thanks for all the help guys! I am going to look at a Buckmark today but only because the MK IIs with the 7" bull barrel are harc to come by. The Buckmark should hold me until I find the elusive Ruger.
Is it worth it to spend the extra $100-$150 on a deluxe model Buckmark or will a basic Camper for $300 serve my needs?

The fiber optic on the front was a deciding factor for me it's great, secondly the grip.. URX is very nice..

Seek and ye shall find! I posted a WTB on the EE and within two hours I bought a gently used Ruger MKII Target with a 7" barrel for the same price as the Buckmark. You guys are awesome! Now to find some mags...
