Most accurate ''Non-Restricted'' .233 Semi-Auto

Just purchased a Volquartsen Evolution off EE in 223 cal. Bull barrel by lothar Walter in semi- auto takes AK-15 mags and is non-restricted.

Shoots 1/2 @100 yards ( first range session today cold and blustery at times) with 45gr bullets and it has a 1:9 barrel. Can't wait to really try her out with the heavier bullets.

Seems to be the ticket

p.s. WHAT IS THE TWIST RATE in my barrel of my Sig Arm's rifle? I need to know for re-loading info!?
