Most accurate pistol?

Except for a few clunkers, handguns are more accurate than most shooters. With the right handload, just about any handgun can be very accurate.

Only a few guns are made specifically to be accurate. These target guns are accurate but unsuitable for some gun sports except bullseye. A S&W M52 in good shape with match ammo is such a gun. And you can get a dandy for $1,000 or less.
 
At 2K you are starting to edge into base p210 territory. Go for it if you can. You won't regret it and you can always sell it out if it doesn't do it for you to

interesting. that p800000 aside, i didn't realize the -8 variant was so rare. a number of the swiss models command quite the premium. always wanted a p210 and have read bits about it, but never thoroughly researched it. If i look in any more detail, i will really want one. wonder how much better the swiss models really are than the german

Really,if you can find one p210-8 easily, i can buy it from you,no problem.you can search some forum for the details of swiss p210.

Of the 3 pistols I own (.22 Ruger Mk.1, .38 S&W, 9mm Shadow), the Ruger is far and away the most accurate. With a bit of practice, you can put 10/10 on a standard sheet of paper at 50 meters. Look for a 5.5in bull barrel, used they run around $350. If a 9mm, go for the Shadow, unless you can afford a Sig P210. As others have said, it's likely the most accurate 9mm out there. Bring lots of cash, though.
 
this is kinda like asking what is the fastest car.

Why?

They all get to where you want to go, most cars now are plenty fast if you put the hammer down.

without a lot of training, most handguns are much more accurate then any shooter.
