Seen few others on here, its a Beretta 92D.

Also for small "9mm" there is the Makarov which is a 9mm short aka 380 ACP.

This is not exactly correct. I have an M9, 92FS and a 92D, which are all the same size. D indicated double action only. The link you provided is for a 92F compact, I believe.

or Sig 239 (Metal). Best choices for the Restricted compact market.

2nd for the p07 duty...its actually a hair slimmer than a glock19.

HK P7 would be #1 but it doesn't meet your "in production" criteria.

Get it if you can find it but as an alternative...Glock 19/26 or Sig P239.
