Most dramatic .22lr on gopher ?

So with .22 on ground hogs, how far do you shoot, or how close can you get?

Depends on how good you are at stalking...I was able to get to within 30 to 40 yrds in farmers fields. Closer if there was a fence line between us.
 
I like the mini mag hp"s as well and after using the 17hmr last weekend I was getting amazing acrobatics with the 20 gr hollow points. Im talking up to 2 foot vertical leaps. I was amazed that the little pill is that devastating.

Well I picked up the remington bulk pack, one box of stingers, and a couple boxes of game shok's to try some stuff out. C.T. didn't have the yellow jackets to try so that will have to wait for the next trip to Wholesale sports.
