I like the 168s for 300 meter but would favour the 175's for longer range. Twist rate doesn't matter much since anything that will stabilize the 168's will als stabilize the 175's.
187.94 for 500? That's over 37.00 per hundred! Since they sell in the US for more like 25.00 and since the dollar is about par, I think anything over 30.00 per hundred is a bit steep. Regards, Bill.

I thought so too. Last year there were no 175's to be found anywhere in the western part of the country so I had to go south. We imported 11,000 from the states last year, but what a logistical pain in the ass. The 500 count boxes weigh 13lbs each, when you buy 22 of them the shipping adds up quick....................

Should have shot Lapua instead........

I use the Sierra 175 gr. or the Hornady 178gr. AMAX.

I can use the same Varget load for both bullets and my Dope sheet is almost the same...............My gun prefers the AMAX, butthe Sierra's also shoot Damn well..............

SKBY.

I've been using 168's for years and have no complaints. but then again I am a hack.
