Motiuk Lower

i feel like getting one from them that is custom and says "NON-RESTRICTED, MADE IN CANADA"
 
Lots of guys were talking about their custom lowers why are they not posting? I would be interested in what they have to say also.
 
I did have one of theirs with custom engraving...no issues at all. Everything lined up fine when I put it all together with a DD LPK. It was mated to a BCM upper...nice tight fit, no wiggle. I ended up selling it off...not due to a problem...but to pay for a rather large expense I had drop on me. It was the lowest hanging fruit of my AR's hence the reason it got sold...otherwise I'd have kept it.

Then get one that says that....everyone keeps posting on here with what they want theirs to say, and in each case the company would be more than happy to make one. Only two people so far posted a usable response to the op's question, and I'm interested too as I'm looking at one of their lowers.
 
Waiting for my rpal... If someone from modiuk is monitoring this can I pay and start production in the lower so I have it right away with my pal

Of course. Once you have all of the legal requirements squared away, we'll initiate the transfer. Understand though, that unless you are ordering non-customized items, we cannot issue you a full refund should you not be issued an RPAL.

Also, to the OP, it's Motiuk ;)
 
100% understand ... My girlfriend has her rpal anyways so worst comes to worst I can give it to her haha you'll be hearing from me shortly.
 
I have one and am very happy with it! Just finished my build, and turned out great, just need some optics and I'll be taking it down to the range to try it out. I'm actually in the process of uploading some pictures. I'll post them when they're finished!
 
I got one recently off the EE from a guy who had built the lower. It is a very nice piece, quality finish and craftsmanship although i noticed that the mag release sticks. Looking into it i found that in the mag release channel on the left side of the receiver the bottom of the channel has a noticeable lip that the mag release gets caught on which can sometimes make it hard to push or get stuck open after pushing the mag release. If a slight upward pressure is put on the mag release when using it then this doesnt happen. Dont know if anyone else has this issue.
 
I'm 2 weeks in to having Miramichi recieve my app, I plan on building an AR and will be using a Motiuk upper and lower. I've done alot of reading about Canadian made uppers/lowers and haven't read a single bad thing about their uppers/lowers.
