Mounting a Scope on a Benelli MR1

So I got a great deal on this MR1 and and going with a Vortex Strike Eagle to mount on this. This rear sight is beefy and the ATRS extended rail is out of stock (unsure if they will be getting any in stock).

Has anyone had any luck with a specific mount that doesnt have them losing a cheeck weld when lining this thing up?

Maybe some suggestions on a comb riser if this is inevitable.

i have a leupold vxr 3x9 with warne low rings.
removed the rear sight for the atrs rail.
i find the cheek weld very managable.
i tried the extended eye relief mounts common on ar's but found it way too high.

Remove the rear sight. Remove the rail. and turn it around backwards - this will help get the scope back where you need it. Use the lowest rings you can with your scope. And get a Blackhawk, or other cheek riser, because otherwise you'll be lucky to get a chin weld with an MR-1.

I used a camo wrap you can get to coat the guns and wrapped some foam around mine, making it fit me , looks awful, feels and fits great!
