Not much traffic over on the optics forum, I'll try here.
As many Ljungman owners may have noticed there are three holes drilled in the side of the magwell presumably for mounting an optic (or not see post #4 below). I have been fiddling with this and have come up with a VERY early conceptual design /prototype. I would appreciate any feedback (other than why scope a battle rifle) on this.

Obstacle seen in the following photo, the magwell side is not parallel to the bore axis, thus the mount angles in. There are two ways around this, size the metal standoffs used to correct this and align the edge of the mount to the bore axis or mount the weaver rail on the opposite angle on the mount.
