Mounting options for Win 94 Miroku made

hello, I was curious where I can get bases for the Miroku made Winchester 94 short rifle in 30-30. It is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Would standard Win 94 angle eject ring bases fit this application?

once I have these bases, which particular rings would fit this application? The read base is higher to make room for the moving bolt. Are there any specific rings for such bases? I saw on amazon fairly cheap bases but cannot really find any rings to go with them.
 
Would anyone have any experience in mounting scopes on Miroku made Win 94? BTW, this is one tight, smooth, refined rifle. But I really would love to scope her.

when knocking out the original rear sight, does it come out to the left or right? Does it need serious hammer work or does it come out smoothly enough? I would like to know before I start with a hammer and put some dents all around. i just want to know what to expect. I think I will go with Williams rear sight but that means the factory rear sight needs to come out.
 
If you figure out how to move that rear sight let me know. I have a Model 92 Miroku Winchester that needs to be adjusted. I've stopped short of taking a punch and 4lb hammer to it to try and move it.
