hi all,

just picked up a red dot sight and looking at option on how to mount them on the pistol. Saw sight-mount but the price is well over $100 dollar, did anyone have an cheaper solution?

i have a glock, berettta and Sig.

thanks

If one of your pistols has a rail for a light in front of the trigger guard then you can get inexpensive
red dot rail mounts. The bottom goes on to to rail & the top has a picattiny mount for a sight or scope.
Being attached to the frame, the sight does not move with the slide and gets less recoil.
But usually the red dot is higher than a rear sight mounted red dot and you have to look
higher to see the red dot.
Pros and cons to this method but it is less expensive.

If you are just looking for an inexpensive way to try out a red dot on a pistol,
this is an option.
