Mounting Vortex scope on Sako A7 300 WSM

I have a new Sako A7 in 300 WSM and a new Vortex Diamondback HP 3x12 x42 for it. Was wondering what bases and rings would work. I am considering Leupold dovetail,bases and rings.. Browning Abolt bases work according to the Sako rep. I don't really care much for the weaver style bases. They come on the gun but come off easy enough. The rifle is stainless/synthetic. Trying to keep the scope nice and low but also have enough movement to get the eye relief perfect..
Thanks for any advice or experiences good and bad..
