Looking at an offset 30mm mount for my flattop RRA and was considering the Burris PERP or Vortex ADR Cantilever.

Any thoughts? Feedback would be appreciated.

If it were me I would run with the Vortex /ADM. I have had both and you cannot compare one to the other. It's a bit more spendy but well worht it.

No experience with the PEPR, but I love my Vortex ADR. Easy to adjust the quick release tension, locks up nice and solid, and return to zero has been excellent, never had to adjust more than a click, which I could easily attribute to my shooting/the inherent accuracy of the rifle its mounted on.

ADM is top notch and provides rapid and repeatable mounting/dismounting of the optic. Burris makes optics, mounts, and other shooting gear. ADM only makes mounts.

Am happy with the Burris, have had the gun apart a few times now and no issues with zero changing.

Damn PEPRs are out of stock almost everywhere.... I tried ordering a set from Wolverine, and by the time I was ready to order, it was already out of stock

I believe I saw a few in stock at the Calgary Shooting centre just this past weekend. Don't quote me but give them a call.
